• A two-audience routing gateway: a full-viewport split-screen that makes the visitor choose a path (here "Multispecialty" vs "Aesthetic Medicine") before any scrolling.
• Achromatic clinical luxury: pure-white type over a pale-grey / rgb(50,50,50) charcoal pairing, no brand hue, letting warm timber-interior photography supply the only warmth.
• Ultra-light uppercase display: 44px Helvetica-class headings at weight 300 with 1px tracking and a 0.6 opacity hold-state, the opposite of heavy hero type.
• A frosted-glass control vocabulary: backdrop-filter: blur(8px) pills and search field with 1px white hairline borders and 26-40px radii, sitting over photography.
• The expo-out reveal as house motion: 0.8s cubic-bezier(0.19, 1, 0.22, 1) on opacity+transform for text and arch-masked images, paced against a calm 0.2s ease-in-out base.

Do not copy

• The Helvetica Neue Cyrillic font files are licensed and self-hosted; map to a licensed grotesque (Helvetica Now, Neue Haas Grotesk) or a free near-neighbour (Inter is banned as a display face by house rules, so prefer a grotesque like Hanken or a licensed Helvetica).
• The clinic's interior photography is its own; the gateway pattern only works with genuinely strong architectural shots, do not reproduce these images.
• Do not inherit the WordPress plumbing: the animate.css bundle (60 keyframes mostly unused), PageSpeed-rewritten CSS, Autoptimize, the Binotel call-tracking widget, and the Facebook/Clarity/GA pixel stack. Borrow the gateway, not the tag manager.
• The browser-default rgb(0,0,238) link blue is an oversight (unstyled anchors), not a palette choice; do not treat it as an accent.
