What this is not
It is not a checklist of things we can sell you. Most of the score comes from design craft, which is the one thing we have any authority to judge, and we judge it by comparing your site against real references in your own field rather than against a rule book.
Some checks need a rendered browser or a language model and are not switched on yet. Those are marked unmeasured and left out of the arithmetic, so a dimension we only half-read is reported as half-read. If we cannot load your site properly, you get no score at all and a reason, because a confident number for a page we could not see would be worthless to you.
