Reference it for

• A single-location wellness, pilates, yoga or spa studio that wants a calm, brochure-like feel instead of high-energy fitness tropes.
• A warm linen monochrome system: one ground colour (#f3eee8), near-black ink, white only on dark photo/video bands, no accent colour at all.
• Running an entire identity on one typeface (Sofia Pro class) at light 300/400 weights, set in tracked all-caps, with body type kept tiny (12-13px) and headings modest (~27px).
• Narrow centred content columns (500px) inside a wide 1296px frame, with very large vertical gaps (100-140px) that let linen margins carry the calm.
• Alternating quiet linen text bands with full-bleed photographic and video bands as the only contrast device, plus gentle Webflow scroll-into-view fade-ups.

Do not copy

• Sofia Pro is an Adobe Fonts (Typekit) licensed face; map to a comparable geometric humanist sans (Mona Sans, Hanken Grotesk, or a self-hosted Sofia alternative) under the client's own licence.
• The Webflow plumbing (jQuery, webflow.js, the Typekit loader) is not the craft; rebuild the feeling on the Jiffi Astro stack, do not port the platform.
• The Dutch/Flemish voice and the specific studio copy are brand-coded; borrow the low-pressure register, never the wording.
• The hand-lettered "THE KAY" mark and serif-ish wordmark are bespoke brand assets; commission the client's own, do not trace these.
